Hello, I'm Sridhar, a professional with a diverse background and a passion for both technology and human resource management. My journey in the professional world began in 2014 when I embarked on a career as a Softskill Trainer. This role allowed me to hone my communication and interpersonal skills, laying the foundation for my future endeavors.

After a year, I transitioned into the dynamic field of technology, working as an Android Developer. This experience not only broadened my technical expertise but also exposed me to the fast-paced and ever-evolving world of software development.

Seeking new challenges, I later embraced a role as an IT Admin for a Recruitment Company based in Dubai. This position not only required technical proficiency but also demanded a keen understanding of the human resource landscape. I navigated through the intricacies of recruitment, contributing to the company's success until the onset of the global COVID-19 pandemic.

Adapting to the changing landscape, I took the entrepreneurial plunge and founded my own Recruitment Company named A2Z Finders. our company is dedicated to connecting talent with opportunities, driven by a commitment to excellence in recruitment.

In addition to A2Z Finders, I launched a specialized job aggregator, VOICE JOBS,  This platform caters specifically to positions that require excellent communication skills. Companies posting job advertisements on VOICE JOBS receive applications in voice recordings, allowing them to assess candidates' language fluency effectively.

My professional journey reflects a fusion of training, technology, and talent acquisition, emphasizing a commitment to bridging the gap between employers and skilled professionals. I am excited about the future possibilities in the ever-evolving realms of recruitment and technology.
