I am an MBA candidate specializing in Human Resources Management with practical experience across HR operations, HRMS, employee engagement, and people management. During my internship at South Western Railway – Mysuru Division, I worked extensively on the IR-HRMS platform, gaining hands-on expertise in employee data management, leave & attendance modules, digital documentation, onboarding to exit processes, and HR automation. This exposure strengthened my understanding of how technology enhances HR efficiency, accuracy, and compliance.

Additionally, I have served as a Student Volunteer Team Head at the TiE Global Summit, Mysuru, where I coordinated with entrepreneurs, speakers, and senior professionals. This role helped me build strong communication, leadership, teamwork, and stakeholder management skills while ensuring smooth event operations.

I am also developing my skills in HR analytics, talent management, employee relations, and performance-driven HR practices, supported by my technical skills in Excel, PowerPoint, and Power BI. With a passion for creating positive employee experiences, improving HR processes, and aligning people strategies with business goals, I am committed to growing as a capable and impact-driven HR professional.

This education has strengthened my strategic thinking, people management skills, and understanding of modern HR practices, preparing me for roles in HR operations and employee engagement.
