    Key Responsibilities:

    Understand clients' real estate requirements and preferences, and assist them in finding suitable properties.

    Conduct property viewings, answer client inquiries, and provide accurate information about the properties.

    Advise clients on market trends, property values, and investment opportunities.

    Guide clients through the negotiation and closing processes, ensuring their best interests are represented.

    Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional customer service.

    Stay updated on the local real estate market, industry trends, and legal regulations.

    Collaborate with the Hanu Reddy Realty team to achieve individual and team targets.

    Continuously expand your network and seek new business opportunities.

    Requirements:

    Prior experience in real estate sales or a related field is preferred.

    Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients.

    Strong negotiation skills and the ability to close deals successfully.

    A customer-centric approach with a focus on providing exceptional service.

    Knowledge of the local real estate market and regulations.

    Proactive and self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

    Fluency in English and local language(s) is required.
