    About thejob

    Summary of thePosition:

    Alcon is looking to hire a QC SystemsSpecialist to join our RD team at Bangalore in India. The QCSystems Specialist is accountable for quality systems support ofall document types coming to the QC team supporting the study andsubmission of medical devices or pharmaceutical products. The QCSystems Specialists support must be completed with quality andtimeliness completing tasks no later than back end of statedtimelines.

    RolesResponsibilities:

    • Responsible for completing required training and acquisition ofediting and document management system skills
    • Responsible to set up reportlevel content plans within all areas(i.e. Clinical Evaluation or Clinical) for document publicationsand aid Medical Writers in authoring within the document managementsystem
    • Responsible for implementation of bestpractices and standards for QC
    • Responsible forpublishing low to medium complexity documents for one area (i.e.Clinical Evaluation or Clinical) and the verification / review ofsaid publication
    • Ensures compliance withAlcons publishing requirements in documents supporting the studyand submission of medical devices or pharmaceuticalproducts
