Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and creative Marketing Executive to join our team at Raija Solar. As a Marketing Executive, you will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies to promote our solar power plant solutions. This is a full-time position based in Mangaluru, Karnataka, India. The ideal candidate should have 1 to 3 years of experience in marketing.

Qualifications and Skills

1 to 3 years of experience in marketing
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
Strong creativity skills to develop engaging marketing content
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Proven experience in marketing strategy development and execution
Ability to conduct market research and analyze data
Experience with content development and social media management
Knowledge of marketing automation tools and analytics platforms
Strong analytical skills to track and report on marketing performance

Roles and Responsibilities

Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote our solar power plant products and services
Conduct market research to identify customer needs and preferences
Create engaging content for marketing campaigns, including social media posts, blog articles, and website content
Manage and analyze marketing campaigns to optimize effectiveness and return on investment
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, product development, and customer service, to ensure the alignment of marketing activities with business objectives
Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and challenges
Coordinate and participate in trade shows, exhibitions, and other marketing events
Assist in identifying and building relationships with potential customers and partners
Track and report on key marketing metrics, such as leads generated, conversion rates, and customer acquisition costs
