- Work closely with business stakeholders, such as product managers, marketing managers, customer service and technical leads to capture requirements, build user stories and acceptance criteria.
- Act as liaison between business stakeholders and the software development team.
- Responsible for identifying project stakeholders and understanding and defining business needs, project objectives and deliverables.
- Responsible for project communication, documentation and ensures appropriate stakeholder sign-off.
- Contribute to an atmosphere of cross-functional collaboration within the organization's Agile project lifecycle.
- Collaborate with UX designers to drive and deliver user flows, wireframe and mock-ups.
- Coordinate with product managers to triage, prioritize feature requests, bugs/defects, and other development items
- Breaks down complex requirements into User Stories written from a business perspective that can be coded and tested in short iteration.
- Collaborate with testers ( functional, independent validation and verification, and user acceptance testers) to ensure requirements are understood and to acquire testing outcomes.
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or similar field.
- Minimum of years of experience working as a Business Analyst in Information Technology.
- Agile or relevant experience working in teams to deliver expected outcome.
- Experience with design/development of web applications.
- Team player with excellent interpersonal, collaboration and motivational skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- JIRA experience a Plus.
- Design, deliver Business Intelligence Solution using Microsoft Technology (SSIS, SSRS, SSAS, SSMS etc.).
- Good Experience in Power BI, Tableau reporting tools.
- Optimizing SQL queries including Store procedures, View, Functions, ETL's and Reporting tools.
- Should have good knowledge on PL/SQL Queries.
- .Net and python experience would be added advantage.
