    Description

    Experience:
    8 to 10 years of full-time experience in SAP ABAP, out of which 2-3 years of full-time experience in handling Interfaces & HANA ABAP programming,

    Interfaces especially
    IDOCs

    , ODATA/API, along with SD/Logistics/MM process knowledge

    Job Description:
    Business Process / Functional knowledge:General business process and cross functional integration knowledge in SD, Logistics & MM modulesSoft-skills/Analytical skills &

    Other Requirements:
    Good Analytical skills and strong interpersonal and communication skills. Should be having enthusiasm and energy.
    Very good awareness of entire SDLC and processes related to SDLC. Should also be good in visualizing and formulating process flow diagrams.


    Mandatory:
    Must be willing to work in any shift: 7:30 AM to 4:30 PM shift or 1:30 PM to 10:30 PM shift (all hours in IST)Technical – HANA ABAP & InterfaceHands on development

    (mandatory)


    experience of RICEF objects in both HANA ABAP & Core ABAP -Interfaces (mandatory):Strong working experience in Interface techniques such as
    IDOC, BAPI/API, Outbound/Inbound Proxy, and Flat file Interfaces (handling files on Application Server and Presentation Server)Expert in Designing and customizing of
    IDOC based Interfaces and
    IDOC enhancements.

    Extensively worked on EDI


    IDOC
    (Inbound, Outbound, mapping with 3rd party logistics provider, message types, segment extension) and


    ALE
    (logical systems, ports, partner profiles)Experience in data manipulation/mapping in
    IDOCs.

    Analysis and resolution of
    IDOC errorsEnhancements:

    BADI, User Exits, Customer Exits and Enhancement Spots (all are mandatory)Proficiency in areas like Data Dictionary and Performance TuningExpertise in OO ABAPHands-on knowledge in ODATA/API and CDS Views is mandatory.

    Hands-on development experience in different Views of HANA (Attribute & Analytical views). Creation of Calculation views from Analytical views.

    Performance Optimization techniques in SAP HANAHierarchies, Measures and Joins in HANA ABAPNice to have:

    Knowledge on S4 Hana (proxy, API, IDocs) centric integrations with SAP BTP/CPINice to have: Knowledge of FioriNice to have: IMCE Clients – ODBO, ODBC, JDBC, BICS, MS Excel 2010 Connection to HDB and to Create Universe through Information Design Tool using JDBC ConnectionsDevelopment Standards/Development ProcessBy using Project Standards and Processes, prepare the technical design and develop the application to ensure the development work is in compliance with the specifications.

    Assisting functional teams when necessary in the testing efforts and preparing test data.
