    Description

    We are hiring for Process Executive - Trade Processing for Bangalore Location.

    Location: Bangalore

    Qualification: B.com and MBA or equivalent degree

    Shift: Flexible with US and EMEA hours

    Experience: Min 1-3 Year

    Notice Period - Immediate to 30 days only

    Job Description

    Advantage – Certification in Financial products and services

    Applications worked – Eagle, Clear Par, DerivServ, FITS, , Mellon Trust website, Market Axess, Maverick

    Job Requirements

    Sound knowledge of all security types including equities, bonds, interest rate swaps, credit default swaps, total return swaps, futures, options, asset-backed securities, bank loans, short-term securities and foreign exchange.

    Daily trade confirmation, coordinating with counterparties and processing trades in the systems

    Responsible for trade booking and matching

    Follow up on trade and settlement issues with counterparties/traders/brokers and clients.

    Work closely with other team member with middle office and support team to resolve trade related issues.

    Investigate on pending trade settlement, cash and position breaks and trade discrepancy.

    Perform daily, weekly and monthly reconciliation between client, counter party, fund admin and prime broker data

    Participate in ad-hoc projects and meetings.

    Assist manager in meeting SLA ad-hoc process and UAT.

    Prepare and deliver daily reports to clients.

    Skills Required

    B.com MBA (Finance) with 1+years of Trade processing and confirmation experience

    Should know product life cycle of CDS IRS, EQ, SWAPS, OTC Options, Futures, FX

    Hands on with MS excel will be preferred.

    Experience in settlement wire processing

    Good in written and business communications.

    Advantages

    Experience in reconciliation of exchange trade product a cash and position reconciliation

    Experience in client onboarding

    Initiated / Participated in process automation

    Prepared process documents

    Experience in preparing MIS

    Knowledge of Eagle application will be added advantage
