    Description

    As an Employee Recognition and Benefits Specialist, the position holder will play a crucial role in enhancing employee satisfaction, retention, and overall organizational success.

    Primary responsibilities will involve designing, implementing, and managing employee recognition programs and benefits packages.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Design and Implement Recognition Programs:
    • Develop innovative and meaningful employee recognition initiatives specifically tailored to executives.
    • Create a framework for recognizing achievements, milestones, and exceptional performance
    • Execution of Recognition programme and take ownership for successfully running it.
    • Regularly evaluate the effectiveness of recognition programs and make adjustments as necessary.
    • Oversee the design, administration, and communication of executive benefits packages, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other perks.
    • Act as a liaison between executives and benefits providers (LIC, EPFO), addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
    • Conduct regular reviews of benefits offerings to ensure competitiveness and compliance with regulatory requirements.
    • Stay informed about relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards pertaining to executive compensation and benefits.

    Qualifications:

    • Masters' degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
    • Proven experience in designing and managing employee recognition and benefits programs.
    • In-depth knowledge of retirals related compensation practices, executive benefits, and relevant regulations (EPF, ESI, Gratuity, WC).
    • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven recommendations.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with executives, HR professionals, and external partners.
    • Demonstrated ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
