    Description

    Financials and Audit - Monthly/Quarterly/Yearly

    Lead as Centre of Excellence for accounting related guidance and industry best practices.

    Responsible for review of Quarterly Balance Sheet and Profit & Loss Statement as per Ind AS/ Schedule III, including detailed comparative analysis.

    Responsible for review of Quarterly SEBI Results covering P&L, Balance Sheet, Cashflow and notes.

    Regularly follow up with departments to finalize notes and disclosures for annual financials.

    Review notes relating to Fixed Assets Schedule, ROU, Intangible schedule, Investment, Borrowings related notes, Financial Instruments, contingent liability, ESOP disclosures, Business combination, Tax Reco, EPS Workings and Other Information.

    Conduct a comprehensive review of Annual Accounts, including notes and disclosures as required under IND AS and Schedule III.

    Coordinate with respective departments to understand and resolve audit queries, providing data to auditors during quarterly reviews and annual statutory audits (both standalone and consolidated).

    Responsibilities for Monthly financials and Compliances:

    Ensure accurate preparation and review of financial statements in accordance with Ind AS.

    Scrutinize General Ledger regularly, ensuring correctaccounting practices.

    Handle workings and accounting related toEmployee Stock Ownership Plans (ESOPs).

    Maintain confidentiality compliance by maintaining a quarterly confidentiality list based on required approvals.

    Review details necessary for theAnnual General Meeting and Annual report, including the chairman's speech and responses to investor queries.

    Review data required forCARO 2020 and revised Schedule III disclosures.

    Manage various other management MISs

    Skills

    In depth knowledge on Ind-AS and practical application of the same

    Excellent written and verbal communication & interpersonal skills

    Proactive problem-solving skills

    Ability to adapt to evolving financial situations.

    Experience with accounting software like SAP/other ERP software used in startup space (Zohobooks/Quickbooks)

    Qualified Chartered Accountant having 8-12 years of post-qualification experience and sound knowledge of Ind AS.
