Profile introduction:
We are seeking an enthusiastic Tele caller to join our dynamic team in the Travel and Tourism sector.

As a Telecaller, you will be the first point of contact for potential customers, showcasing our exciting travel packages and creating memorable experiences for our clients.

Responsibilities:

Initiate outbound calls to potential customers and provide information about our travel and tourism offerings.
Understand customer requirements and tailor travel packages to meet their needs.
Follow up on leads and inquiries to convert prospects into confirmed bookings.
Maintain a customercentric approach, ensuring a positive and engaging interaction with every caller.
Keep updated on the latest travel trends, destinations, and promotional offers.
Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
Document and maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.

Requirements:

Strong communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus).
Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Ability to work in a fastpaced environment and meet targets.
Positive attitude, resilience, and a passion for the travel and tourism industry.
Flexibility to work on weekends or evenings based on business needs.
Language: English, Hindi, Marathi.

Salary:

₹10, ₹15,000.00 per month
