    Role - L2 Support

    What you'll do for us

    ·Daily Routine

    • Hardware procurement and asset management
    • Updating the asset management tool once material received
    • Creating the report of assets in store and procurement
    • Windows and MacOS troubleshooting
    • Providing onsite and remote support
    • User hardware/software/peripheral support
    • LAN & Network troubleshooting and support
    • Creating and maintaining documentation

    What you'll have

    ·Basic Qualifications

    • 4+ years' experience in asset management
    • 4+ years' hands-on IT Support experience in a production environment.
    • 4+ years experience supporting Windows 10
    • Proven skills in PC repair, troubleshooting, deployment, and liquidation.
    • Experience supporting one or more of: Mac OS X or Linux.
    • Experience in Intune, Google workspace and M365, Active directory.
    • Understanding of networking concepts such as DNS, DHCP, Email.
    • Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills. This includes the ability to explain technical terminology to non-technical end users.

    Preferred Qualifications

    • Experience in Asset and Stock Management
    • Experience in onsite AV break/fix
    • Enterprise support experience with Mac or Linux system support & troubleshooting
    • Advanced application support experience including support for Microsoft Office
    • Experience supporting Windows 10
    • Networking & Telecom skills
    • Knowledge in Microsoft excel is a plus.
