    Presales Specialist - Gurugram, India - Samsung Electronics

    Description

    Skills Required:

    • Working together with Key Account Management (KAM)/ Sales Organization, drive all pre-sales and sales engagements in RAN & Core Domain.
    • Identify and pro-actively drive new business opportunities. Contribute to business case development and present business case argumentation to C-level
    • Empowered to work at a strategic level identifying leads and opportunities as well as taking the role of end-to-end technical solution lead (CSR) in specific engagements and define an effective TCO (total cost of ownership) model
    • Work closely with CSP on network transformation and be able to drive customer specific requirements back into Samsung Domain and BD teams
    • Support post sales activities and swift network roll outs, expansions including but not limited to Solution preparation, BoQ creation and Purchase Order acquisition
    • Have validated technical capability, excellent articulation skills specifically the ability to communicate techno-commercially the value of proposed solutions
    • Have excellent customer engagement experience within the telecommunications/IT industry and ability to demonstrate technical value and help close deals
    • Familiar with RAN technologies, deep understanding of product portfolio of RAN Products of any of the major OEM
    • Have good Understanding of Radio access network architectures, Radio product KPIs and design cycles, 3GPP and Open RAN architectures and standards, 5G NR & LTE
    • Working Knowledge of Mobile standards and evolution (3GPP,CPRI, eCPRI, 4G/LTE-A, 5G)
    • Experiences in standardization-related work, especially in 3GPP
    • Build positive relationships with decision makers by developing an extensive understanding of the customer's overall business from a network evolution perspective
    • Would be able to Execute Samsung strategy on RAN & Core technology and standardization
    • Coordinate with resources from other unit, such as R&D and Product lines
    • Coordinate with other companies or organization for Samsung technology interests
    • Provide standardization support to Samsung Product Lines, Customer Units and Regional Teams
    • Good learning capability and open-minded for novel ideas
    • Fluent in English communications (oral and writing) skills
    • Effective communication/ negotiation skills with different levels of internal and external
    • Experience in End to End 4G/5G Solutions , Specializing in RAN products
