    Job Overview

    We are looking for a highly motivated Direct Sales Executive to join our team at Piegon Media Pvt Ltd. As a Direct Sales Executive, your main responsibility will be to generate sales leads and convert them into clients. You will be responsible for achieving sales targets, building and maintaining relationships with clients, and providing excellent customer service. This is a great opportunity for someone who is passionate about sales and wants to grow their career in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. The job location is Chandigarh, Chandigarh, India, and the employment type is full-time.

    Qualifications and Skills

    • 1-3 years of experience in direct sales or a similar role
    • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities
    • Self-motivated and target-driven
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
    • Good understanding of the B2B industry
    • Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office

    • Convert leads into clients by effectively communicating the value proposition
    • Achieve sales targets and quotas on a monthly and quarterly basis
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure their satisfaction
    • Provide excellent customer service and resolve any issues or complaints
    • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitors to identify new opportunities
    • Prepare and submit sales reports and forecasts to the management team
    • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement sales strategies
    • Participate in sales meetings, training sessions, and conferences
