Are you fluent in Telugu and looking for a flexible part-time opportunity in Tirupati, Andhra Pradesh? Scoresoftlabs (opc) is hiring Telugu Telecallers to join our team. As a Telugu Telecaller, you will play a crucial role in our outreach efforts.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to prospective customers.
Explain our products and services to potential clients in a clear and concise manner.
Collect and record customer information accurately.
Follow up with leads and maintain a database of potential clients.
Meet daily and weekly call targets.
Provide exceptional customer service and address customer inquiries.
Qualifications:
Fluent in Telugu, both spoken and written.
Any Bachelor's degree.
