    JobDescription:

    KeyAccountabilities

    • Supportsthe planning process for programs and projects manages projectdeliverables and ensures accurate and timelyreporting.
    • Leadand manage small standalone transition projects andengagements.
    • Workstogether with the Transition Essential Experience and JobRequirements Lead on a portfolio of projects and leadsadministrative tasks such as reporting process capturing preparingfor FTE onboarding and monitoring the knowledgetransfer.
    • Ensuresthe accuracy and completeness of data collection andreporting.
    • Trackprogress of all transition deliverables and coordinate deliverydates.
    • Applicationof tools & processes Comply with the GBS project standards inmethodology and toolkit; promote within the team the appropriatetools and processes for planning risk management andscheduling.
    • Supporttransition related travel administration tasks andarrangements.
    • Trackprogress of transitiondeliverables
    • Leadsdue diligence and process discovery activities and deliverables fortransitionprojects.
    • Supportsin drafting as is functional process flowcharts and works togetherwith the receiving operational teams and the business to transforminto a workable to bescenario.
    • Supportsthe operational teams in delivering standard operating proceduresand leads the documentation of signed off SOPs and work aids on theknowledge management platform and liaises with the BPM team forARISupdates.

    EssentialEducation

    • Bachelorsdegreerequired.

    Essential Experienceand Job Requirements

    • Aminimum of 8 to 12 years total experience with a minimum of 4 to 6years of relevant Project/Program Mgmt. supportexperience
    • Significantexperience with working in a shared services or business processoutsourcing environment ideally in Procurement Finance CustomerServices or HRservices
    • Strongfunctional businessacumen
    • Provenanalytical and numerical skills and experience of complex datahandling and visualizationtechniques.
    • Advancedknowledge of MS products including O365 based Project OnlineSharePoint PowerBI or other analyticstools.
    • Experiencein process workflow design and architecture and relevanttools.
    • Selfstarterand ability to work effectively under minimalsupervision.
    • Flexibilityto assist multiple teams and leading dynamicworkload.
    • Abilityto work independently and selfdirectworkload.
    • Capableof handling confidentialmatters
    • Provenmultitasking ability and prioritizationskills.
    • Excellentanalytical organizational and presentationskills
    • Excellentverbal and written communicationskills
    • Broadoperational experience with background in customerfacing roles;knowledge of other functions and the associated links to ownfunction arepreferable.
    • Experienceleading process mapping and / or workshop facilitation activities;facilitation skills for working issues with groups andteams
