- Work experience: 3-5 years, Digital agency experience preferred

- HR Metrics and Analytics: Track HR metrics, analyze trends, and provide insights to inform decision-making and drive HR strategies.
- Compliance and Legal: Ensure compliance with employment laws, regulations, and company policies to mitigate risks.
- HR Business Partnering: Act as a strategic partner to business leaders, providing HR support and guidance to achieve business objectives.
- Employee Engagement: Implement initiatives to enhance employee engagement, satisfaction, and retention within the organization.
- Assisting the business in strategizing, training, and adapting to create the best product or service.
- Well versed with Performance Management System
- Ensuring a smooth and effective Exit process, identifying core reasons and retention conversations
- Maintaining trackers for accurate data representation.
