    Job Title: Executive Housekeeper

    Job Description:

    We are currently seeking an experienced and highly motivated Executive Housekeeper to join our team at Magnus Hotels & Serviced Apartments in Pune, Maharashtra. As an Executive Housekeeper, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the cleanliness, orderliness, and appearance of our entire hotel. If you have strong leadership abilities, exceptional organizational skills, and a background in hotel management, we encourage you to apply.

    Responsibilities:

    Supervise and manage all housekeeping employees, including hiring, training, and disciplinary actions.

    Plan and distribute work assignments to the housekeeping staff based on occupancy forecast.

    Maintain a time logbook of all employees and ensure schedules are organized efficiently.

    Approve supply requisitions and maintain a lost-and-found department.

    Ensure that rooms are made according to company standards.

    Prepare and maintain the annual housekeeping budget.

    Organize inventories and collaborate with other departments for supplies and assets.

    Oversee pest eradication activities and implement housekeeping systems and procedures.

    Attend to and resolve guest complaints promptly.

    Conduct on-the-job training and evaluate its effectiveness.

    Assist in the recruitment of new personnel.

    Perform daily inspections of public areas and employees' locker rooms.

    Coordinate preventive maintenance schedules with the maintenance department.

    Address guest requests in a timely manner.

    Requirements:

    Strong leadership abilities and organizational skills.

    Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to drive change and seek operational efficiencies.

    Degree or diploma in hotel management.

    Minimum of 8 to 10 years of experience with strong operational and technical knowledge.

    Successful pre-opening experience is a distinct advantage.
