    Description

    Creador Foundation is currentlylooking for a passionate Programme Assocaite to work onour digital financial education program Multiplyspecifically targeted towards women from lowincome households inIndia.

    The Programme Associate will play a important role inmanaging and building partnerships to enhance content outreach anddriving feedback collection from the users.

    Theideal candidate will have a strong commitment to improvingfinancial literacy rates in India and possess excellent researchand communication skills. The selected candidate will receive acompetitive remuneration package alongside other benefits. Theselected candidate will be based out of the Foundation s office inMumbaiIndia.

    TheProgramme Associate will work closely with the Programme Manager incontinuing to build Multiply and contribute towards achieving thelarger outcomes of the foundation


    Thisincludes:
    Strategyand Partnerships
    Workwith the team to establish and review strategic priorities andconvert them to actionable implementationplans.

    Support the ProgrammeManager in identifying and establishing strategic partnerships withfoundations NGOs influencers and other stakeholders to expand theprograms reach and impact.

    Visitthe communities and help train the Trainers/Staff of the PartnerOrganization on Multiply
    Collaborate with partners to leverage their networks and platformsfor content dissemination and audienceengagement.

    FeedbackCollection and Evaluation:

    Design and conduct regularfeedback collection exercises to assess the effectiveness andimpact of the digital financial educationprogram.
    Analyze feedback dataand user metrics to identify areas for improvement and makedatadriven decisions.
    Implementevaluation frameworks to measure the programs success and impact onimproving financial literacyrates.
    Create Feedback and Impactreports from time to time to inform the productdesign

    ContentResearch
    Conduct Needs Analysis with the program participants tounderstand their content needs
    Research and find new topics that would be relevant to the programparticipants

    Requirements


    Theminimum qualifications are:

    23 years professional experiencein a relevant field including nonprofit work finance education orconsulting.
    Passion for educationcontent creation and improving financial literacy rates inIndia.
    Experienced in conductingresearch projects with data collection data analysis skills
    Strong understanding offinancial literacy concepts and issues facing lowincome householdsin India.
    Bachelors/Mastersdegree in a relevant field (e.g. education communication businessfinance or relateddisciplines).

    Additionallythe successful candidate will possess thefollowing:
    Excellentwritten and verbal communication skills with the ability to createcompelling and accessiblecontent.
    Strong projectmanagement skills including planning organizing and coordinatingmultiple tasks and priorities.
    Analytical mindset with the ability to collect and analyze data andmake datadriven decisions.
    A goodcommunicator (conversationalist presenter and writer) able tocommunicate with a broader audience about the initiatives supportedby theFoundation
