Job Summary:

We are seeking a talented and experienced Operations Executive to oversee the daily operations of our sneaker platform, which includes both ecommerce and in-store business.

As an Operations Executive, you will be responsible for managing and improving the supply chain, logistics, inventory management, and customer service.

You will work closely with the sales team, procurement, CRM, marketing team, and other stakeholders to ensure the smooth running of the business.

Job Roles and Responsibilities:

Develop and implement operational strategies to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the supply chain, logistics, and inventory management.
Ensure the timely delivery of products to customers through effective coordination with the warehouse and logistics team.
Manage inventory levels and ensure adequate stock is maintained to meet customer demand.
Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
Manage customer service operations with the CRM team to ensure highquality service delivery and customer satisfaction.
Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop and execute promotional campaigns and sales strategies.
Oversee the instore operations, including visual merchandising, store layout, product placement, and inventory control
Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely and costeffective delivery of products along with the procurement team
Identify opportunities for cost savings and efficiency improvements in operations.
Critically analyze campaigns, events, daily order fulfillment, and other aspects of the business and identify issues and opportunities to address.

Qualification and Experience:

Bachelor's degree in business administration, supply chain management, or a related field.
2+ years of experience in operations management, preferably in the retail industry.
Strong analytical skills and the ability to use data to inform decisions.
Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively.
Experience with inventory management and supply chain logistics.
Knowledge of ecommerce and instore retail operations.
Strong leadership skills and the ability to lead and motivate a team.
