- Build a strong talent pipeline for a variety of technical positions within agreed timeframes.
- Conduct in-depth interviews and technical assessments to evaluate candidates' qualifications, skills, and cultural fit.
- Collaborate with hiring managers and technical experts to understand job requirements and assess candidates accordingly.
- Develop and maintain positive candidate relationships through clear communication and consistent follow-up.
- Provide candidates with a detailed understanding of the client's culture, expectations, and growth opportunities.
- Work closely with our clients to understand their staffing needs and preferences.
- Present suitable candidates to clients, facilitate interviews, and coordinate feedback and offers.
- Handle salary negotiations and facilitate the hiring process, ensuring a smooth transition from contract to full-time employment.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all candidate interactions and client correspondence.
- Ensure compliance with all employment laws and regulations during the recruitment process.
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in technical recruitment, with a focus on contract hiring (C2H).
- Strong knowledge of technical roles, industry trends, and emerging technologies.
- Proven ability to source, interview, and evaluate candidates effectively.
