    Description
    Technical Recruiter/Non-Technical Recruiter will be mainly focused on finding Candidates, scheduling interviews, handling paper work etc. for IT/Non-IT requirements for our US/Canadian clientele.

    The position will require strong knowledge and experience in reading and understanding job openings, resume screening, profile qualifying, title hierarchy, industry segments, and finding matching candidates, contacts, resumes, profiles, companies, etc.

    The position will be working closely with International Customers/Clients, in order to obtain feedback and refine the sourcing approach in the right direction to find/source the best candidates/talents across US/Canadian Job Market.


    Responsibilities:
    Responsible for handling IT/Non-IT requirements.
    Responsible for full-cycle recruiting: scheduling interviews, handling offers, negotiations and closing candidates for assigned requisitions.
    Reviewing Customary emails and addressing priorities accordingly.
    Must understand difference between W2, C2C (Corp-to-Corp), 1099 etc.
    Knowledgeable about different US Visas like H1B, E3, GC, GCEAD, and TN.
    Willing to handle Contract, Permanent & C2H (Contract to Hire) positions.
    Maintaining close contact with candidates/Vendors/Recruiters/Offshore team.

    Weekly meetings with India offshore team with status update, discuss requirements to be worked as per the priorities, reset the focus as per the requirement need.

    Updating Status reports in Project Management System to keep track of the projects.
    Sending daily status reports to designated Customers and Legacy Group Management.

    Skills/Qualification Required:
    Minimum Bachelors Degree in any field of studies.
    2 to 5+ years of experience in US Staffing/US Recruiting in any industry segment.
    Exceptional Communication Skills is a MUST.
    American Accent will be preferred, but not mandatory.
    Must have good computer skills, especially with MS-Word, MS-Excel, MS-Power Point.
    Willing to learn and grow attitude.
