Roles and Responsibility

Setup credit limits in alignment with Risk Management / Finance / Sales.
Manage dealer credit lines within agreed limits.
Credit and Collateral administration (operational process after credit decision)
Constantly enhance service excellence of Commercial Finance Services area.
Active participation in system release management.
Manage daily loan process
Arrears operational process Management (for Dealers).
Ensure completion of a thorough inventory checking program (Manage of Audits)
Operational provider steering for unique vendors/providers of Commercial Finance Services area: KPI monitoring, quality assurance, tender process support.
Implementation of temporary overdrafts on floorplan within risk guidelines.
Suspend dealer credit lines in coordination with Risk and Sales department.
Evaluate and interpret relevance of new regulatory initiatives or changes and document these in a joint database with compliance.
Analyze regulatory changes and its impact and derive mitigation measures.
Ensure legal and compliance (2nd Line of defense) discretions are applied prior to implementation.
Ensure correctness and uptodate of all internal rules in the area of responsibility.
Responsible for the achievement of Commercial Finance Services targets and customer/dealer satisfaction
Responsible for the sales growth on wholesale book Alphera)
Responsible for joint holistic "value proposition" offerings together to dealer network
Responsible for the sustainability of the process performance and process environment
Responsible to implement and constantly monitor global KPIs for Commercial Finance Services and to meet agreed targets
Management of the dealer portfolio within set guidelines
Manage the annual dealership reviews to ensure that SF risk is protected in terms of CRS rating, guarantees and sureties
Execution of documents in relation to Sanction conditions
Collecting, checking & safe custody of mortgage documents as per Title Search Report.
Manage Commercial Loan debtor books
Cost management of overheads and operating costs of the department
Preparation of relevant annual budgets and forecasts for the department
Monitor and check commercial finance monthly and weekly reports
Verify intercompany wholesale balances between SF and NSC
Assisting Legal team with data & documents related to delinquent dealers
Prepare and discuss employees performance appraisal
Responsible for training, management and usage of back and frontend activities of floorplan system (COFIS
CS, CFS)
Managing the legal documentation required as per the Statutory/ Legal guidelines of the country.
Adhering to the requirements of regulatory landscape which is everchanging like CERSAI compliance, registration of equitable mortgage with State Registrar etc.
Supporting NSC with the innovative products with the restriction in the present CFS system
Managing the collaterals including Bank Guarantee, legal papers for the mortgaged properties, Form 22 (required for vehicle registration) for the vehicles held as collateral.
Complying with requirement of Indian Companies Act 2013 with regards to creation of charge on the borrower assets, properties etc.
Create/modify/satisfy charge on CERSAI

Handling the auditors

Internal, Statutory (KPMG), AZ audit.
Handling of CFS system, reconciliation with the NSC WIT system.
Ensure that the Loan documentation is in line with the Fair Practice Code, KYC, AML and Anti-Fraud Management Guidelines of the Company
Ensure that all data of customers are handled in accordance with the Privacy Policy of the Company
Preparation of various reports and MIS to give an insight to management on the CF portfolio
