Job Summary

Responsibilities and Duties

Sourcing and Procurement:

Identify and source highquality bedding products from local manufacturers or suppliers.
Negotiate terms, prices, and delivery schedules with suppliers to ensure costeffectiveness and timely production.

Order Management:

Act as the primary point of contact for overseas clients, understanding their requirements and expectations.
Coordinate with production teams to ensure accurate and timely production of bedding products.
Monitor and track order progress, providing regular updates to clients and resolving any issues that may arise.

Quality Control:

Implement and oversee a comprehensive quality control process to ensure all bedding products meet international standards.
Conduct inspections at various stages of production and before shipment.

Logistics and Shipping:

Coordinate with logistics partners to organize efficient and costeffective shipping solutions.
Ensure compliance with international shipping regulations and documentation requirements.

Market Research:

Stay updated on market trends, customer preferences, and competitive products in the overseas bedding industry.
Provide insights and recommendations to the management team for product improvements and market expansion.

Compliance:

Stay informed about international trade regulations, tariffs, and customs procedures.
Ensure all export documentation is accurate and in compliance with local and international regulations.

Customer Relationship Management:

Build and maintain strong relationships with overseas clients by providing exceptional service and addressing any concerns promptly.
Act as a liaison between clients and internal teams to ensure smooth communication and resolution of issues.

Qualifications and Skills

Bachelor's degree in Design, Business, International Business, or a related field.
Proven experience of 2 years in merchandising or related roles within the Home furnishing industry.
Strong understanding of international trade, logistics, and supply chain management.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Detailoriented with a focus on quality control.
Familiarity with customs regulations and documentation.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fastpaced environment.
Proficiency in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
Willingness to travel as required.
