  • MSD365 CRM CE, Power Apps, Power Automate
  • C#.Net, Plugins, HTML, JavaScript, and CSS
  • Web Services and Web APIs
  • Azure App Service and Logic Apps
  • [Base Location]: Bangalore [Type]: Hybrid [Qualifications]
  • Education level - BE/BTech.
  • Experience – 5+ Years
  • [Job Overview]:
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Dynamics CRM Technical
  • Experience in implementation and maintenance of dynamics CRM platforms.
  • Good Functional Understanding of D365 Sales / Customer Service Process
  • [Primary Skills]: Technical
  • Extensive development experience in Model Driven Apps, Canvas Apps and Power Automate Development
  • Experience in Developing Web Services and Web Apis
  • Strong development skills in C#, JavaScript, HTML5, DOM, Typescript
  • Exposure to Azure (Logic Apps and Function App)
  • Having good analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Preferably from .NET/SharePoint Development background in the early years of career.
  • Strong communication skills to articulate technical ideas to technical & business stakeholders.

  • Configuring and maintaining CI/CD pipelines.
  • Databases preferably in SQL Server.
  • Azure data factory
  • [Responsibilities and Duties]:
  • Fit Gap analysis and estimation of as-is system to Dynamics.
  • Create Solution design to address client business, interface, and performance requirements.
  • Support team members on Technical solutioning when needed.
  • Implement improvements to the existing solution via automation.
  • Involve in post live support and day-to-day application support.
  • Conduct solution testing and assist with user acceptance testing.
  • Ability to communicate effectively via multiple channels (verbal, written, etc.) with technical and non-technical staff.
  • Expected to be flexible with working hours and capable of working in a process-oriented environment.
