    ● Leadership: Inspire engineers to create simple solutions for complex problems, motivating and driving change within the team.

    ● Process Improvement: Implement effective engineering processes and encourage their adoption.

    ● Technical Expertise: Collaborate with tech leads and architects to solve technical challenges.

    ● Mentorship: Mentor the professional development of your team members through personal and

    performance management.

    ● Empowerment: Provide engineers with the tools, confidence, and motivation to make independent decisions that lead to recognition.

    ● Engineering Excellence: Cultivate a culture of engineering craftsmanship and excellence.

    ● Cross-functional collaboration: Initiate collaborations with product, business, and operation teams to gather feedback and requirements.

    ● Innovation: Encourage diverse perspectives and drive bottom-up innovation.

    ● Alignment: Ensure the team understands Omind Technologies' goals and how their work contributes to the bigger picture.

    Desired Skills and Experience:

    ● A total of 5+ years of professional experience.

    ● A minimum of 2 years of people management.

    ● Problem Solving: Strong problem-solving skills with expertise in data structures and algorithms.

    ● Distributed Systems: Experience with distributed systems handling large volumes of data.

    ● Technology Stack: Excellent coding skills in developing web applications using MERN Stack.

    ● Web Technologies: A solid understanding of web technologies.

    ● Databases: Proficiency in SQL and NoSQL databases.
