    Description

    Job Responsibilities:

    • Developing, customizing, and supporting Salesforce apps and solutions based on business needs
    • Translating Business Requirements into Technical Deliveries
    • Leading projects/initiatives on Salesforce
    • Creating Technical Solution Designs following best practices
    • Developing Analytics, Reports, and Dashboards, Supporting integrations
    • Providing Operational/Administrative support

    Functional Responsibilities:

    • Familiarity and capability to support all Clouds
    • Offering effective functional solutions
    • Handling Problem Management
    Technical skills required for success in this role:

    • Hands-on experience with Salesforce solutions and clouds (Sales, Services, Marketing, Analytics, etc.)
    • Customizing and building applications to meet requirements
    • Experience with Lightning Migration, Lightning Aura components, and LWC
    • Proficiency in VF pages, Apex Classes, Test Classes and Triggers, Scontrol, SOQL and SOSL, JavaScript
    • Knowledge of Workflows, Approval processes
    • Experience in Email Services, Batch Processing, Apex Scheduler
    • Designing user interfaces in Salesforce
    • Understanding of Salesforce Sharing and Security model, Governor Limits, Order of Execution, Best Practices
    • Knowledge of Profiles, Roles, Users, Record Types, Page Layouts, Custom Setting, Reports, Dashboards
    • Providing support for Salesforce applications and Admin tasks
    As an ideal candidate, you will have the following qualifications:

    Education:
    Graduate Engineer in Computer Science or equivalent

    Experience: 7+ years of relevant experience in the field
