    Description

    Roles & Responsibilities:

    • Cultivate an Organizational Culture: Spearhead the infusion of a robust corporate culture across all company locations.
    • Conduct Skill Mapping: Perform comprehensive skill mapping exercises to identify training and upskilling needs across departments, aligned with evolving business requiremnets
    • Drive Talent Acquisition Strategy: Develop and execute a proactive talent acquisition strategy encompassing diverse channels such as pipeline development, campus recruitment, freshers, and lateral hiring, ensuring a steady influx of top talent.
    • Implement a Meritocracy-Driven Performance Measurement System: Establish and operationalize a streamlined and effective performance measurement framework that fosters merit-based recognition and advancement.
    • Ensure Talent Retention: Deploy targeted initiatives to retain top talent, ensuring their seamless assimilation and long-term commitment to the organizational culture.

    Pre-requisites:

    • 8-10 years of HR leadership experience in an innovative business environment.
    • Proven success in implementing operational and strategic HR programs.
    • Master's degree in HR (MBA in HR), Business, or related field from reputable colleges.
    • Prior experience in a small company setting, particularly during periods of rapid growth, is highly desirable.
    • Experience in the architecture and planning sector would be a significant advantage.
    • Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
    • Exhibiting a self-starting mindset with the ability to manage multiple priorities and work autonomously in alignment with business needs.
    • Maintaining a reliable and professional demeanor in all interactions and tasks.
    • Displaying a keen attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
