    Assistant Manager of Human Resources

    VXI Global Solutions, India, is a dynamic and rapidly growing company in India committed to nurturing and developing its employees. We are seeking an experienced and proactive Assistant Manager of Human Resources to lead our Talent Development and Performance Management initiatives and ensure continuous growth and advancement of our workforce and building a high-performing culture.

    Location: Hyderabad

    Reporting to: Director – Human Resources

    Type: Full-time

    Shift: US working hours

    Role and Responsibilities:

    We are seeking a dynamic and organized Assistant Manager of Human Resources to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist in the management of HR functions and collaborate with various departments to ensure the efficient operations of HR processes. This role will be responsible for supporting HR initiatives, employee relations, HR Administration and compliance efforts.

    Your responsibilities will encompass the following:

    Employee Relations

    • Provide guidance and support to employees on HR related issues.
    • Assist in resolving employee conflicts and grievances.
    • Monitor employee morale and implement initiatives to improve workplace culture

    HR Compliance

    • Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and HR best practices across the industry.
    • Assist in maintaining accurate personnel records and HR documentation.
    • Assist in conducting internal audits to ensure compliance.

    HR Administration

    • Oversee HR administrative tasks such as maintaining employee files, updating HR database, and handing HR correspondence.
    • Support benefits administration and employee wellness programs
    • Assist in payroll processing and timekeeping activities.

    Reporting & Analysis

    • Prepare HR reports and metrics for management review.
    • Analyze HR data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
    • Support HR budgeting and forecasting activities.

    Project Management

    • Participate in HR projects and initiatives, such as policy development or process improvement.
    • Collaborate with the functional team to implement new HR programs

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; Master's degree preferred.
    • 5 or more years of experience in HR with knowledge of employment laws, regulations and HR best practices.
    • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
    • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
    • Experience working on HRIS tools or the implementation of any HRIS tool.
    • HR Certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is an added benefit.
