- Provide guidance and support to employees on HR related issues.
- Assist in resolving employee conflicts and grievances.
- Monitor employee morale and implement initiatives to improve workplace culture
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and HR best practices across the industry.
- Assist in maintaining accurate personnel records and HR documentation.
- Assist in conducting internal audits to ensure compliance.
- Oversee HR administrative tasks such as maintaining employee files, updating HR database, and handing HR correspondence.
- Support benefits administration and employee wellness programs
- Assist in payroll processing and timekeeping activities.
- Prepare HR reports and metrics for management review.
- Analyze HR data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Support HR budgeting and forecasting activities.
- Participate in HR projects and initiatives, such as policy development or process improvement.
- Collaborate with the functional team to implement new HR programs
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; Master's degree preferred.
- 5 or more years of experience in HR with knowledge of employment laws, regulations and HR best practices.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Experience working on HRIS tools or the implementation of any HRIS tool.
- HR Certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is an added benefit.
