    Job Title: Oracle Financials ConsultantExperience: 6 years Location: Bangalore Contract Duration: 12years

    JobDescription:

    Responsibilities:

    1. Implementation andConfiguration:
      • Lead andparticipate in the implementation of Oracle Financialsmodules.
      • Configure Oracle Financialsapplications to meet business requirements.
      • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to ensuresuccessful implementation.
    2. Support andMaintenance:
      • Provideongoing support and maintenance for Oracle Financialsapplications.
      • Troubleshoot and resolve issuesrelated to the financial modules.
      • Keep abreastof Oracle updates and patches applying them asnecessary.
    3. Customization andEnhancements:
      • Work oncustomization and enhancement projects to improve the functionalityof Oracle Financials.
      • Collaborate withdevelopers to design and implement custom solutions.
    4. UserTraining:
      • Conduct usertraining sessions to ensure effective utilization of OracleFinancials applications.
      • Provide documentationand resources for endusers.
    5. Integration:
      • Collaborate with other IT teams to integrateOracle Financials with other enterprise systems.
      • Ensure seamless data flow between different modules andsystems.
    6. Reporting and Analysis:
      • Develop and maintain financial reports usingOracle reporting tools.
      • Assist in financialanalysis and reporting as required by the business.
    7. Compliance andSecurity:
      • Ensurecompliance with financial regulations and standards.
      • Implement and maintain security measures to protectfinancial data.
    8. Documentation:
      • Maintain comprehensive documentation for configurationscustomizations and processes.
      • Keepdocumentation uptodate with any changes or enhancements.

    Requirements:

    1. EducationalQualification:
      • Bachelorsdegree in a relevant field. Additional certifications in OracleFinancials are a plus.
    2. Experience:
      • Minimum 6 years of experience working withOracle Financials modules.
      • Handson experiencewith implementation configuration and support.
    3. TechnicalSkills:
      • Proficient inOracle Financials modules such as General Ledger Accounts PayableAccounts Receivable Fixed Assets etc.
      • Experience with Oracle EBusiness Suite (EBS) isessential.
    4. Communication and Teamwork:
      • Strong communication skills both verbal andwritten.
      • Ability to collaborate withcrossfunctional teams and stakeholders.
    5. Problemsolving:
      • Strong analytical and problemsolving skills.
      • Proactive in identifying and addressingissues.
    6. Adaptability:
      • Ability to adapt to changes in project scope timelinesand requirements.
    7. Contractual Requirements:
      • Availability for a 12 year contract inBangalore.
      • Willingness to work onsite asrequired.
