    Description

    Job Responsibility :-

    • Develop, implement, and maintain a comprehensive QA strategy aligned with company goals.
    • Lead and manage a team of QA testers, providing coaching, mentorship, and performance management.
    • Create and maintain test plans, test cases, and other QA documentation.
    • Oversee the execution of all testing activities, including functional, non-functional, and exploratory testing.
    • Identify and report bugs and defects, ensuring effective communication with development teams.
    • Collaborate with development, product management, and other stakeholders to ensure the timely resolution of quality issues.
    • Stay up-to-date on the latest QA methodologies, tools, and best practices.
    • Analyse test results and identify areas for improvement in the QA process.
    • Develop and implement automation testing frameworks and strategies.
    • Define and maintain quality standards and metrics for the organization.
    • Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback.
    • Champion a culture of quality within the organization.

    Key Competencies / Skills:-

    • Proven experience in leading and managing a QA team.
    • Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).
    • Experience with various testing methodologies (e.g., functional testing, non-functional testing, exploratory testing).
    • Expertise in test automation frameworks.
    • Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
    • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
    • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
    • Passion for quality and a commitment to continuous improvement.
    • ISTQB certification is an added advantage

    Qualifications:-

    • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (preferred).
    • 8+ years of experience in a Quality Assurance role.
