    Job Purpose

    Monitoring Retail audits, SSC Variance Trackers and leading various projects as assigned by the management.

    Key Result Areas/Accountabilities

  • Releasing SVCCL (Self Validation Control Check List) Assessment from MOSAIC to PAN India Store Managers on monthly basis, reviewing the responses with monthly retail audits and surprise audits conducted.
  • Monitoring the Monthly Retail Audits been performed across all circles and ensuring that the audit is performed without fail, in case of any deviations, escalating to the CFH.
  • Conducting surprise audits in sample stores across all the circles (Minimum 30 retail stores in a year) and connecting with Circle/Cluster Retail Heads during the Circle visits.
  • Flashing the observations of Repetitive Issues found in retail audits (Monthly and Surprise Audits)
  • Following up with Retail stores for actions closure (Monthly and Surprise audits) before the due date
  • Reviewing the Aged Items of Collection Reconciliations prepared by SSC team.
  • Reviewing the CPOS vs Etop up and IWR vs utilization of the balance transferred reconciliations done by SSC team
  • Suggesting Process Improvements Ideas for processes connected to Collections and Reconciliations based on the above reviews.
  • Preparing presentations for various stakeholders as and when required.
  • Assisting in other management testing related activities.

    • Core Competencies, Knowledge, Experience

  • Knowledge of Finance/Accounts.
  • Good working knowledge of MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint
  • Internal Audit background is preferred.
  • Retail store audit experience would be an added advantage
  • Excellent verbal, written and inter-personal skills
  • Good analytical skills
  • Travelling at least 10 days in a month
