    Description
    JobDescription: Builds marketposition by locating developing defining negotiating and closingbusiness relationships Identify and develop business opportunitiesfor the landscapeservices.Responsibilities:
    • Proactivelyinitiate and engage sales calls to newprospects.
    • Closes new business deals bycoordinating requirements; developing and negotiatingcontracts;
    • Locates potential business deals bycontacting potential customers; discovering and exploringopportunities.
    • Protects organizations value bykeeping information confidential.
    • Interfacewith existing strategic customers to solidify mutual expectationsof performance and growth.
    • Define and follow upof yearly targets and objectives.
    • Develop andimplement strategies for newservices.
    • Determine new opportunities byanalyzing business needs.
    • Assists in thedevelopment of annual sales goals.
    • Assists inthe completion of monthly targets.
    • Develop anddeliver the business plans through carrying out research formulatemarket analysis and deliver accurate businessreports.
    • Build referral and lead generationnetwork.
    Qualifications EssentialRequirements:
    • Bachelors Degree in Business Management/ Sales or other relevantfield
    • Minimum 1 years of Business Development/Sales experience preferably with relevant experience in the realestate industry
    • Strong client relationshipmanagement skills
    • Excellent negotiationskills
    • Have a desire to make a significantcontribution to a rapidly growingorganization
    • Market researchexperience
    • Proven ability to workindependently
    • A proactive selfstarter who canoperate both individually and as part of ateam
    • Superior presentation and excellent oraland written communicationskills
