    Description


    You will build strong relationships with stakeholders, manage resources, and ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet all quality standards.


    Responsibilities :

    • Build and maintain strong relationships with business partners and stakeholders to understand their challenges and act as a Single Point of Contact (SPOC).
    • Support the Salesforce Administrator team by assessing the impact of new implementations.
    • Collaborate with the Solution Architect to estimate project scope and timelines.
    • Oversee the timely delivery of project deliverables from both onshore and offshore teams.
    • Define and manage project priorities while considering team member capacity.
    • Facilitate and lead daily standup meetings using Agile practices.
    • Report project status updates to customers and develop necessary documentation.
    • Manage the entire software project lifecycle (E2E) from requirements analysis, system design, coding, testing, debugging, documentation, and implementation.
    • Implement Agile development methodology using Scrum principles.
    • Communicate project objectives clearly to the team and provide coaching to optimize team efficiency.
    • Identify and manage project risks proactively.
    • Track project progress and budget, and take corrective action as needed.
    • Document project decisions and lessons learned.

    Technical Skills & Requirements :

    Must-have Skills :

    • Prince2 or PMP certification (mandatory)
    • Experience with Jira and Agile methodologies (Scrum)
    • Minimum 5 years of experience in a Project Manager role
    Nice-to-have Skills : Experience with Salesforce administration

    • Strong analytical and problemsolving skills
    • Ability to build and manage relationships with stakeholders at all levels
    Proven ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
