    Job Title:
    General Manager, Media Planning and Execution

    Department:
    Brand Marketing

    Reports to:
    Director of Marketing


    Summary:
    Leads the development and execution of media plans for assigned brands
    Works with cross-functional teams to ensure that media plans align with overall marketing goals
    Monitors and evaluates the performance of media plans and makes adjustments as needed
    Manages a team of media planners, analysts, agencies and internal brand and category stakeholders
    Drives growth metrics for Instamart, groceries and assigned brands wrt brand influences
    Lead 3rd party partnership associations to drive brand awareness


    Responsibilities:
    Develop and execute media plans for assigned brands
    Manage media budgets and negotiate media contracts
    Conduct market research and analyze competitive landscape
    Develop and implement media strategies that reach target audiences
    Monitor and evaluate the performance of media plans
    Manage a team of media planners and analysts


    Qualifications:
    8+ years of experience in media planning and execution
    Proven track record of developing and executing successful media plans
    Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
    Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    Ability to work independently and as part of a team
