    Detailed Job Description:

    We are seeking a Senior Windows Administrator with over 8 years of experience to join our team in Bangalore.

    The ideal candidate will have expertise in managing Active Directory (AD), Group Policy Objects (GPO), and other aspects of Windows server administration.


    Roles and Responsibilities:

    • Manage and maintain Active Directory (AD) services.
    • Implement and manage Group Policy Objects (GPO) for Windows environments.
    • Configure and maintain Windows servers and services.
    • Monitor system performance and ensure high availability of Windows servers.
    • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Windows servers.
    • Implement and maintain security measures for Windows servers.
    • Collaborate with other teams to support application requirements on Windows servers.
    • Provide technical support and guidance to junior team members.
    • Document system configurations and procedures.

    Mandatory Skills:

    • 8+ years of experience in Windows server administration.
    • Strong knowledge of Active Directory (AD) and Group Policy Objects (GPO).
    • Experience with Windows server virtualization (e.g., Hyper-V).
    • Familiarity with PowerShell scripting for automation.

    Desired Skills:

    • Experience with Microsoft Azure or other cloud platforms.
    • Knowledge of Microsoft Exchange Server administration.
    • Experience with system monitoring tools (e.g., SCOM, Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
    • Microsoft Certified Solutions Expert (MCSE) certification or equivalent.

    Additional Requirements:

    • Strong analytical and problemsolving skills.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
