    Educational Qualifications :
    Bachelor's/Master's


    • System Administration of Windows environment
    • Knowledge of Windows 2012/2016/2019 Servers (Must Have)
    • Server installation, configuration(Must Have)
    • Strong Citrix knowledge
    Key skill areas expected from this SRE role :

    • Windows Administration
    • Linux administration
    • Citrix
    • Code deployment
    • Database (T-SQL Queries knowledge and RDMS concepts)
    • Code Deployment
    • ITIL Change management
    • SOX Audit
    • Knowledge on IIS and troubleshooting (Must Have)
    • Troubleshooting skills in OS & virtualization related issues (Must Have)
    • Troubleshooting performance issues and Server performance
    • Knowledge on Linux environments
    • Knowledge on SQL Server/Oracle databases and TSQL query
    • Logs & Performance monitoring/troubleshooting
    • Scripting knowledge on Powershell/Python.
    • Out of Hours server reboots & checks

    Skills Required :

    • 56 years of Experience in Windows System Administration & IIS troubleshooting.
    • Excellent Verbal and written communication skills.
    • Good to have Linux knowledge.
    • Knowledge on SQL Server/Oracle databases
