    Job Description:

    Join our team as the Director of Solution Architecture at Epsilon, where you'll be in charge of crafting and executing sophisticated technical solutions that align with our clients' goals. You'll be at the forefront of driving digital transformation efforts, drawing on your skills in digital marketing, data analytics, technical architecture, client communication, and stakeholder management.

    • Work closely with sales and business development teams to grasp client needs and objectives.
    • Lead pre-sales efforts by delivering solution presentations, conducting product demos, and facilitating technical workshops.
    • Create robust solution architectures that meet client requirements and adhere to industry standards.
    • Utilize your expertise in digital marketing and data analytics to develop cutting-edge solutions that boost business growth and ROI.
    • Define technical requirements, specifications, and project plans to steer the implementation process.
    • Offer technical guidance and leadership to development teams throughout project execution.
    • Interact with clients and stakeholders to collect feedback, address issues, and ensure alignment with project targets.
    • Stay abreast of emerging technologies, industry trends, and best practices to consistently enhance our offerings and solutions.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; Master's degree preferred.
    • Minimum of 16 years in the industry (with at least 10 years in a similar position), showcasing a history of successfully delivering client-focused solutions.
    • Expertise in digital marketing strategies, encompassing SEO, SEM, social media marketing, and content marketing.
    • Proficiency in data analytics tools and methodologies, with the ability to extract valuable insights from complex datasets.
    • Solid grasp of technical architecture principles, such as cloud computing, microservices, and API design.
    • Excellent pre-sales acumen, capable of explaining technical concepts to audiences of varying technical backgrounds.
    • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, demonstrating the capacity to establish rapport and nurture positive relationships with clients and stakeholders.
    • Strong leadership skills, approaching problem-solving with a proactive and results-oriented mindset.
    • Certifications in relevant technologies (e.g., Adobe, Google Cloud, Microsoft Azure) are advantageous.
