    Description

    Purpose of the PositionManage planning and implementation of long-term and organization-wide strategic projects to achieve department and corporate goals; identify business opportunities and develop new products and/or new business models to drive profit margin and business growth of company and improve customer experience.


    Principal ResponsibilitiesSolutionsPrimary responsibilities include review of process and operations management variables, proposal development with focus on defining product value to clients, build engagement roadmaps and support project execution.

    Change management – understanding and coaching SDU teams through the change management journeyProvide and gain access to cross functional support required throughout the pre-sales cycle

    Project / Bid ManagementManage implementation of long-term and organization-wide strategic projects, assist in building and managing project budget and resources allocation, oversee progress, and ensure successful completion of projects

    Job Description:

    Excellent verbal and written English skillsKnowledge and ability to use relevant Six Sigma lean tools/concepts, such as VSM, Standardized Work, KAIZEN, PDCA, Problem Solving, etc.

    Trained by Shipley's or APMP level accreditation preferredExcellent skills in planning and project management with analytical skillsProven record of achieving consensus, buy-in and subsequent effective results with project implementationExcellent communication/interpersonal skillsDemonstrated strength in management and leadershipExtensive business knowledge and high level of business awarenessTechnical skills in analysis, statistics and report developmentShould have experience in

    Presales, Bid Management, Excel & PowerPoint

    Experience: 9-15 yearsLocation: Bangalore (Hybrid)Should have Insurance experience (mandatory)
