    Description

    Your responsibilities:

    Working collaboratively with the Product teams, Delivery teams, HB team to develop and deliver personalised and targeted offers that help to drive the business objectives.

    You will challenge assumptions and proposed solutions to drive the quality of the final solution.

    You will deliver to deadlines by managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced, agile environment.

    Using your business acumen, you will translate complex business requirements and objectives into technical briefings.

    You will synthesize qualitative and quantitative data and facts from various sources to identify relationships and patterns, drawing logical conclusions about customer needs and how best to meet them.

    You will present ideas or analysis to senior stakeholders with strong recommendations.

    Lead, guide and mentor team members for quality delivery, career development and day to day guidance.

    Your skills& experience:

    Strategic Thinking – Commercial acumen, comfortable in fast moving environment and an aptitude to question and challenge stakeholders & fellow team members to get to the best outcomes

    Stakeholder Management – Good relationship building skills, advanced communication and engagement skills with a collaborative style. The ability to articulate complex technical or analytical requirements or findings in common non-technical terms

    Strong Analytical Skills – Highly numerate with good logical reasoning. Programming is required, experience with data exploration and analysis tools such as SQL. Strong Microsoft Office skills (esp. Excel).

    Business and Domain – Good understanding of Banking & Mortgage/Home loan products and have experience in Insurance product Analytics work. Experience in marketing analytics / Campaign strategy would be good to have.

    Risk Mindset – All CommBank employees are expected to proactively identify and understand, openly discuss and act on current and future risks.

    Undergraduate technical degree B.E. or B.Tech. or equivalent or post-graduation degree in Computer Applications or IT or Business Administration with 4-6 years of relevant experience
