    Description

    Role :
    This role provides a strong background in implementing and maintaining Workday SaaS applications.

    As a Workday Solution Analyst for our Financial Planning & Analytics applications, you will have a variety of responsibilities, including advising on our long-term roadmap to ensure scalable and innovative solutions, while partnering with the business to ensure their day-to-day needs are being met.


    Functions :

    • Identification of business requirements, functional design, process design (including scenario design, flow mapping), prototyping, testing, training, defining support procedures.
    • Support the Planning Lead in architecting Workday Planning solution to ensure that all work streams are cohesive and cross functional impacts are considered and mitigated.
    • Advise users on industry standards and leading practices.
    • Demonstrate design options using prototyping.
    • Existing and up to date Adaptive Insights certification.
    • Experience in Financial Management with a background in accounting, finance, consolidation, management reporting, planning and analysis, forecasting, budgeting, or related field.

    Qualifications :

    REQUIRED :

    • Bachelor or Master's degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
    • Must be fluent in speaking and writing English.
    • Experience in implementing Financial Planning, Budgeting & Forecasting systems like Adaptive Insights.
    • An understanding of Peoplesoft Financials.
    • SQL knowledge to read and write queries.
    • MS Office products experience.

    DESIRED :

    • More than 2 years of handson experience with delivering Adaptive Insights implementations.
    • Experience in multicurrency environment(s).
    • Understanding of any other programing language is a plus.
    • Working knowledge of integration through API is a plus.
    • Experience with integrations between FP&A tools and other finance applications, planning models and sheets, reporting methodologies, and dashboard management.
    • Experience in supporting FP&A teams through recurring planning operations and analyzing technical opportunities to improve processes.
    • Experience of having implemented, improved, and supported enterprise class financial systems which includes planning, analysis and design, configuration, development, data migrations, system testing, cutover plan, and production support.

    • Must have demonstrated strong interpersonal skills and be able to work effectively with a variety of individuals and skill levels.
    • Must possess good analytical skills to troubleshoot and resolve business process, information system and interpersonal issues.
    • Must have the ability to be accountable for quality customer service.
    • Must be able to complete routine assignments without direction.
    • Must be able to prioritize issues and requests based on customer urgency.
