    TitleCustomer Support Specialist (WFH)


    Dev GadhviCreations Private Limited is in search of a Support Specialist toengage with ourCustomersvia digital communication channels such as Email WhatsApp Chat andSocial Media.

    Responsibilities:

    • Respond promptly to all incomingonline chat support and emailinquiries.
    • Investigate and address customerinquiries through various channels matching their tone andpace.
    • Take ownership of each supportrequest ensuring resolution or escalation with a positiveattitude.
    • Troubleshoot and resolve onlinechat/email support requests and phone/email caseseffectively.
    • Adapt to changing environmentsand remainflexible.
    • Display compassion andattentiveness to the needs of mentees/students in everyinteraction.
    • Monitor and engage in socialmedia interactions withmentees/students.
    • Demonstrate technical proficiencyby accurately and efficiently using appropriate systems andresources to handle all customerrequests.


    Requirements

    Requirements:
    • Excellentwritten and verbal communication.
    • Customercentricapproach with a positive attitude.
    • Proficientin influencing and negotiating.
    • Must havea minimum of 2 years of experience.
    • Mustpossess a personal laptop/system with a reliable internetconnection.
