Description
Managing overall administrative activities for the office.

  • Responsible to supervise housekeeping activities effectively.
  • Daytoday facilities operations including supervising the maintenance of office areas and equipment, purchasing office supplies, furniture, office equipment, etc.
  • Monitoring the performance of office boys and instructing them for performing their regular activities effectively.
  • Arrange and coordinate meetings and events.
  • Monitoring all inward and outward admin activities by maintaining proper records.
  • Maintain office supplies by checking inventory and order items.

Qualification:
Graduate

  • Minimum 46 years of experience as Admin incharge.
  • Should confident and above to take incharge of all admin activities.

Benefits:

Salary - Rs.20,000 to Rs.25,000/
