    Role Description:


    This is a full-time on-site role as a Regional sales Manager at Sampangi Reality and Infrastructure Pvt Ltd in Hyderabad.

    As a regional sales Manager, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and driving sales growth.

    You will also collaborate with cross-functional teams, analyze market trends, and develop strategies to increase revenue and market share.
    You are responsible to take care of the team performance on daily, weekly and monthly basis.

    Qualifications
    Proven work experience as a regional sales Manager or similar role.
    Strong knowledge of the real estate industry and market trends.
    Demonstrated ability to build and maintain client relationships.
    Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
    Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
    Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
    Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
    Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
    Flexibility to travel as required.
