    Description
    We at Newgen Software are hiring for a Product Manager role in US Healthcare domain:

    Job Description1.


    Stakeholder Engagement:


    Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including leadership, sales, marketing, external consultants, product owners, developers, and other cross-functional teams, to ensure alignment and buy-in for product initiatives.

    Act as a liaison between the Healthcare product team and external stakeholders, including prospective customers, 3rd party vendors, system integrators, consulting firms and regulatory agencies, to gather requirements and validate product direction.2.


    GTM & Branding :

    Work with sales and marketing to make sure product brand is made and must participate in Go-To-Market strategies and make recommendations.

    Make sure various marketing materials such as brochures, case studies, white papers, blog, podcasts, videos, website, sales kit are updated with the latest information about products and solutions.

    Make sure Newgen US Healthcare products are listed in top analyst firms report such as Gartner, Forrester, IDC, KLAS etc.3.


    Market Research:
    Conduct market research to stay informed about competitive products and industry trends. Use market insights to inform product strategy and feature development.4.


    Sales Revenue Growth:

    Collaborate with the sales team to understand market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape to identify opportunities for revenue growth.

    Identify and evaluate potential business partnerships, alliances, and opportunities to expand the company's reach and revenue streams. Define and implement strategies to increase product adoption and drive sales through effective feature development.5.


    Regulatory Compliance:
    Ensure products complies with relevant healthcare regulations, such as HIPAA, NCQA etc. and stays updated with industry standards and best practices.6.


    Product Strategy Development:
    Formulate and execute a comprehensive product strategy aligning with the organization's objectives and market demands.7 .


    Product Backlog and Feature Prioritization:
    Prioritize features and enhancements based on market trends, competition analysis, customer feedback, and business value. Collaborate with development and product owner's teams to define product roadmaps and timelines.8 .


    Testing and Quality Assurance :

    Implementing testing processes to ensure the quality and reliability of the product, especially considering the critical nature of healthcare applications.

    Qualifications:1. Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; advanced degree is a plus.2. Overall experience 10-15 years.3.

    Proven track record of successfully managing complex software products, for US Healthcare payer industry with 3-5 years of experience as product manager.4.

    Certified Product Manager (CPM) or similar certification is a plus years' experience in the US Healthcare payer industry and 3-5 years is in the Provider area (Contract management, Credentialing, Network, Claims).6.

    Deep understanding of the US Healthcare payer ecosystem (operations (member, provider, claims, enrollment etc.), clinical, network and sales).7. Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.8. Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.9. B1 visa of US is a plus.

    Additional information.10. Should be ready to carry revenue target for new customers.11. Willing to work is US overlapping shift. Till 11:00 pm IST.12. Reporting to US Healthcare COE head, located in US.13. US healthcare payers are also called Health Plans like Aetna, United, Cigna, Molina, Centene, BlueCross BlueShield etc. There are approximately 200+ HealthPlan in US which is potential business market for Newgen.
