- Set technical targets and drive ongoing technology enhancements.
- Develop the strategy and roadmap for native integrations to enhance Teradata's interoperability in the Modern Data Stack.
- Promote Innovaccer as a key player in the Modern Data Stack both internally and externally.
- Understand developer personas to enhance their productivity on the Innovaccer Data Activation Platform.
- Conduct experiments, validate hypotheses, and test solution concepts with healthcare partners.
- Collaborate with Engineering, UX, and other Product Managers to create developer tools for improved productivity.
- Participate in developer communities to gather insights and opportunities.
- Stay updated on technology and market trends in the modern data stack ecosystem.
- Define and analyze product success metrics.
- 4 years of product management experience, including vision setting, strategic planning, and data-driven prioritization.
- Experience with data warehouses, RDBMs, and SQL.
- Ability to build strong cross-functional relationships.
- Strong technical background with strategic and tactical execution abilities.
- Experience in enterprise product development.
- Passion for collaborating with developers, data engineers, and architects.
- Excellent communication and listening skills.
- Entrepreneurial mindset and ability to work independently.
- Experience in software and/or data engineering.
- Experience with cloud service providers like AWS, Azure, and GCP.
- Knowledge of developer tools and ETL/ELT best practices.
