    We are looking for a senior product leader to lead the strategy and operations of our search and
    discovery initiative. The goal is to build a discovery experience which will empower users on our
    platforms or on our partners' platforms (APIs) to find the right font for their use case efficiently.

    Leveraging an extensive and continually expanding type selection, coupled with the power of artificial intelligence, data, and our expert studio insights, we intend to deliver an unparalleled font discovery experience.

    This role will require bringing together multidisciplinary skillsets to provide creative and holistic
    product leadership, including strong product management experience, technology expertise, financial acumen, agile scrum management, and strategy development. We are looking for team players and product advocates comfortable working with engineering, business stakeholders and customers.

    What you'll be doing:


    • Own the vision and strategy of search & discovery for all our products and services.
    • Work with Channel owners and API customers to understand their needs and create a strong
    product vision.


    • Be the subject matter expert on Font Search in all internal and external forums.
    • Lead, mentor and coach a team of talented product managers.
    • Lead the cross functional Search operations team to build a balanced search experience which
    meets the goals of this cross functional team.


    • Collaborate with AI leaders to identify trends and ideas which can establish Monotype as thought
    leaders in this space and stay ahead of the market.


    • Work closely with research team to analyze markets, users, and roadmap market fit.
    • Synthesize and prioritize customer feedback, competitive offerings, and innovative ideas to
    create product visions and actionable roadmaps.


    • Work with engineering to develop product backlogs and help guide development and delivery
    to market.


    • Develop business cases and conduct analyses to determine product viability, ROI, and feature
    prioritization.


    • Work with sales, marketing, omni and commercial teams to align roadmaps and value
    proposition messaging with customer marketing and new business development.


    • Serve as domain experts for engineering, sales, and marketing stakeholders to help drive go to
    market strategy.


    • Identify and Monitor customer success metrics for ongoing product optimization and ROI
    realization.

    What we're looking for:


    • 15+ years' experience, including 10+ of product management experience, with strong business
    sense and urgency to achieve results.


    • 6+ years of people management is desired.
    • Having an in-depth understanding of search experiences is necessary.
    • Knowledge of Algolia, Elastic Search or other leading search engines is a good to have.
    • Creative thinker with a vision and entrepreneurial mindset
    • AI First and Growth mindset in product management is highly desired. We are looking for a
    metric driven person.


    • Demonstrated strong financial acumen and business modeling skills.
    • Experience working with analytics to drive product improvement and financial results.
    • Technology experiences necessary, and the ability to translate between business and
    engineering challenges.


    • B2B experience helpful, consulting experience a plus.
    • Experienced collaborator and relationship builder, ability to work with different stakeholders
    from engineering to sales and marketing.


    • Ability to problem solve and work through challenges, whether driving difficult product decisions
    or leading internal change
