    Description
    Job Role – Product ManagerExperience – 8-15 years

    Location:

    Gurgaon/NoidaEducation:
    BE/B. Tech./Master of Computer Application


    Skill & Competencies–Strong experience in defining, leading, and crisply communicate product roadmap and well versed with user requirement discovery, user story writing, requirement gathering agile environment with other Product Managers, Engineers, Data Scientists, and UX Designers on new launches and updates.

    Develop a strong understanding of stakeholders to drive decisions.closely with UX designers to develop and approve user experience flows and designsunderstanding of the concepts of product development life cycle and product management, and fundamentals of user-centred design principles and attention to translate and communicate business needs into review, prioritize, comment, and follow up on product defectsto evangelize the product and serve as a point of contact and product expert for internal teams and external lead requirement discovery discussions with SMEs, leaders and cross-functional teamsto conduct research on competition landscape for new feature feedback sessions, preparing presentations and engaging end users effectively to define innovative solutionsto define incremental development paths for functionality to achieve future visionin MS Office (Presentation, Excel, and Word), JIRA and confluencewith Balsamiq or other wireframing tooldesign and research experience a plusor work experience in AI/ML is highly desired but not work experience in the pharmaceutical/ healthcare ecosystem is highly desired but not mandatory.

    Able to think analytically, use a systematic and logical approach to analyse data, problems, and situations. notices discrepancies and inconsistencies in information and materials.
    Task Management –

    Basic level of task management knowledge and experience. Should be able to plan own tasks, discuss and work on priorities, track, and report progressCommunication –

    Able to convey ideas and information clearly and accurately to self or others whether in writing or verbal

    ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA:

    Education:
    B-Tech or BE and MBA from Tier 1-2 college with 8+ years of experience, minimum 5+ years' experience as a Product Owner, Product Manage, or equivalent in Software product

    Behavioral Competency:


    communication skills (must be able to interact with both technical and business leaders in the organization)to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

    operate independently and love creating products in uncertain player:

    ability to work collaboratively and influence in a matrixed environment.analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skillsability to build user empathy.


    Desirable qualities:
    Focus - Dedicated to meeting the expectations of internal and external clients.
    Solving - Uses rigorous logic and methods to solve difficult problems with effective solutions. Probes all fruitful sources for answers. Is excellent at honest analysis.

    Looks beyond the obvious and doesn't stop at the first the Fly - Learns quickly when facing new problems.

    A relentless and versatile result - Able to set priorities; pursue tasks tenaciously & with a need to finish.

    Able to overcome setbacks which may occur along the way.
