    Are you ready to join our team as a Front Office Associate? We're seeking dynamic individuals who can bring the fun and excitement while delivering exceptional service. If you're passionate, outgoing, and have a knack for making people smile, this is the perfect role for you

    Responsibilities:

    Efficiently handle guest check-ins, confirming reservations, assigning rooms, and ensuring a seamless arrival experience.

    Process various payment types, including room charges, cash, checks, debit, or credit transactions, with accuracy and attention to detail.

    Conduct smooth check-outs, resolving any outstanding charges and ensuring guest satisfaction.

    Serve as the first point of contact for guest calls, messages, requests, and concerns, providing prompt and professional assistance.

    Collaborate closely with the Housekeeping team to coordinate room readiness for guest arrivals, ensuring cleanliness and comfort.

    Demonstrate thorough knowledge of the local area, providing guests with accurate information, directions, and recommendations.

    Communicate parking procedures effectively to guests and coordinate bell staff or valet services when required.

    Generate daily reports, such as arrivals and departures, while carefully reviewing for accuracy and addressing any special requests.

    Complete cashier and closing reports in compliance with established procedures, maintaining financial accountability.

    Requirements:

    Possess a high school diploma or equivalent educational qualification.

    Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a professional and formal tone.

    Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in handling guest transactions and requests.

    Previous experience in a similar front office or customer service-oriented role is preferred.

    Strong knowledge of hotel reservation systems and proficiency in using computer software.

    Ability to stand, sit, and walk for extended periods, ensuring availability to assist guests.

    Capable of lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, and placing objects weighing up to 7 kgs without assistance.
