    Description

    We are a reputed & well-established Real Estate company, with experience of completed projects, is looking for a Sales Manager our Project in Amritsar, Punjab.

    Candidate to have Minimum 8-10 Years of Experience in Real Estate Sector in Commercial and Residential Sales and Marketing and should have very good knowledge of Punjabi Language.


    • Achieve revenue targets and develop and manage corporate sales team.


    • Play a strategic role in building creative sales strategies that are focused on consumer satisfaction and revenue generation for the business.


    • Should plays an analytical role in conducting research and performing analyses on the performance of the sales department ensuring prompt delivery and accuracy of daily/weekly/monthly/quarterly reports to management.


    • Should take responsibility in the development and maintenance of relationships on behalf of the sales department and the business as a whole.


    • Ability to identify and develop new market opportunities for the business.


    • Ensure leads/ enquiries are handled through various sources designed by the Company and other activities.


    • Handle Clients queries and their requirements, build relationships.


    • Provide market research and analysis for existing and upcoming real estate development.


    • Keep update of existing and new Laws related to property dealing and real estate Market.


    • Market commercial and residential projects.


    • Go for meetings and inspections with clients with subordinates when required


    • Take Reports on the deals under various stages of progress with their status.


    • Develop and maintain market intelligence and an understanding of market trends and client business needs.


    • Ensure team achieves Monthly / Annual Business targets.


    • To perform other duties as are necessary in the execution of his duties and any other duties delegated by the Head.

    Previous experience heading the sales function in real estate for at least 5 years in Amritsar.

    At least 10+ years of overall sales experience

    Experience working with Channel Partners in Amritsar within the real estate space is a MUST

    Experience leading and scaling a team of Minimum 10 person

    Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation skills

    Excellent verbal and written communications skills

    MBA in Marketing Communications, Business Management, Business Administration, or any other related filed.

    Excellent package will be offered based on previous drawn, experience & relevant qualifications.

    Salary- upto 1.5l per month
